[EN] On Saturday, 07th October 2017, the European Federation of Christian Student Associations (EKV) grew. As part of the EKV trip to Lithuania and the 20th anniversary of our member Korp! TauTiTo Kaunas, the 10th EKV cartel-assembly, which was held in the rooms of the local technical university KTU, decided to admit the Katholiek Vlaams Studentenraad (KVSR) to join our Federation. The newly founded association, which developed out of the disagreements with the former member Katholiek Vlaams Hoogstudenten Verbond (KVHV) last year, defends a Christian, pro-European couleur-fraternity student life without duels in Flanders. Thus the KVSR will become an important part of our European Federation soon and will enrich our community with 120,000 cartel sisters and brothers.

[DE] Am Samstag, 07. Oktober 2017, wuchs die Gemeinschaft des Europäischen Kartellverbands christlicher Studentenverbände. Im Rahmen der EKV-Reise nach Litauen und dem 20. Stiftungsfest unserer Korp! TauTiTo Kaunas beschloss die 10. EKV-Kartellversammlung in den Räumen der hiesigen Technischen Universität KTU die feierliche Aufnahme des Katholiek Vlaams Studentenraad (KVSR). Der neu gegründete Verband, welcher aus den Unstimmigkeiten mit dem ehemaligen Mitglied Katholiek Vlaams Hoogstudenten Verbond (KVHV) hervorging, tritt für ein christliches, nicht-schlagendes, pro-europäisches Couleurstudententum in Flandern ein. Somit wird er sicherlich ein wichtiger Teil unseres Europäischen Kartellverbands und unsere Gemeinschaft mit 120.000 Kartellschwestern und Brüdern bereichern.
